SLI Capital and Regent Partners will combine efforts to build 420 apartment units in the Edgehill area. The project will be part of a mixed-use development around the reservoir on Eighth Avenue South. The project will offer a seven-story and three-story building. The apartment complex will include multiple outdoor gathering spaces and a pool.
The Nashville Business Journal reports SLI Capital paid a collective $14.25 million for the two sites in separate transactions in 2020 and 2021.
The apartment buildings are part of a larger 23-acre development site surrounding the reservoir in Edgehill — the master-planned development is being led by Nashville-based Elmington Capital Group who was also the seller of the two Hillside Avenue sites.
