SCALE Lending, under Slate Property Group, finalized a $46 million bridge loan for Arris Grand in Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill. This funding clears the construction loan and aids leasing for the nine-story building at 982-998 Fulton Street.
Designed by Fogarty Finger, Arris Grand offers 113 rental units and 7,154 square feet of retail space at the crossroads of Grand Avenue and Fulton. Arris Grand features 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, including a fitness center, roof deck, terrace, and lounges. Corcoran manages apartment leasing, while RIPCO handles retail.
