Novare Group and BCDC are teaming up to open the 316-unit Populus Pooler to residents in Savannah.
The property is between the South’s busiest seaport and the under-construction Hyundai Motor Group “Metaplant,” the largest economic development project in Georgia’s history. The $5.5 billion manufacturing plant, set to open in 2025, is expected to employ at least 8,500 people and produce up to 300,000 electric vehicles annually.
Residents can take advantage of an on-site car care center, a game room and a library nook, conduct business in co-working micro offices or stay in shape at the state-of-the-art fitness center with a yoga and spin room.
The property also features a resort-style pool with a sun deck and tanning ledge, a dog park and pet spa and an outdoor fire pit. Rental rates range from $1,585 to $2,491.
Dynamik Design performed the architectural duties; Classic Plains Construction the general contractor. Citizens Bank is the senior lender, with Livcor providing mezzanine financing and property management.
