Life is Beautiful, the huge annual downtown Las Vegas music festival, is likely to switch locations this year.

According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, the festival’s owner, Rolling Stone — yes, the music magazine, which purchased a majority stake in 2022 and is now the festival’s sole owner, so expect front-to-back coverage — plans to stage the event over two or three days at the Plaza on Fremont Street this fall, possibly as early as September.

The festival would spill throughout the property’s 20 acres, including into surface parking, a garage structure, the CORE Arena outdoor equestrian center, and a former Greyhond bus station that, by itself, can reportedly hold 30k concert fans.
