Clise Properties Names New EVP, Announces Leadership Changes

Clise Properties, a family-run commercial real estate company headquartered in the Pacific Northwest, has named Lori Hill as Executive Vice President of Leasing.

Most recently, Hill was an SVP at Unico Properties. Prior to that, she worked in JLL’s Seattle office following the acquisition of Pacific Real Estate Partners, where she served for many years as principal. Hill started her commercial real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield. She also served as a Board Member for NAIOP and has been active in the leadership series of CREW.

In addition to hiring Hill, Clise Properties recently changed several titles of the senior executive team. A.M. Clise is now executive chairman, Dave Cuthill is chief executive officer, and Bryan Joyner has been transitioned to president and chief financial officer. Founded in 1889, Seattle-based Clise Properties owns and manages 2.3 million square feet of office, medical and residential space throughout the Puget Sound region.
