Avison Young Markets Former Bridge Cafe in Seaport

Avison Young has been exclusively retained to market the property at 279 Water Street on behalf of Little Red House, a boutique property developer.

The vacant, 5,653-square-foot property is a mixed-use building and was the former home to the historic Bridge Café restaurant and bar. The property is being marketed as a luxury mixed-use, multifamily residential redevelopment opportunity.

The property features 88 feet of frontage on the southwest corner of Water and Dover Streets and is comprised of two vacant interconnected buildings on a 1,641-square-foot lot situated in a C6-2A zoning district. Little Red House is being represented by Noah Kossoff, Ed Nelson and Kyle Sabath of A&Y.
